Khulna Development Authority (briefly: Khuda; KDA) is a development oriented organization based in Khulna city. KDA was established as an order of East Pakistan Government Khulna Development Authority Ordinance, 1961. [1] This institution was born for the planned development of Khulna city and its sub-sector.
